The route passes through interesting locations (Fratar's Path, Homeland Cross, Peak of St. Jelena, Požega Vineyard Path, lavender fields, Chapel of St. Vid) and will be engaging for all visitors. It's moderately challenging in length, but due to two more difficult ascents, the route will be more suitable for hikers who are in good shape.
The route begins from the Visitor Center "Požega House" and proceeds along Sokolova Street, where at number 28 it turns towards Kalvarija Street, branching off onto Fratar's Path and the hiking trail towards Vrhovački Grad, towards the Homeland Cross, which offers one of the most beautiful views of Požega and its surroundings. This part of the route is also the most strenuous, as it covers a 170-meter elevation gain over 1.5 kilometers. Continuing along Fratar's Path, the route follows the ridge forest road, following the hiking trail until the fork towards St. Jelena. The hiking trail passes through St. Jelena, through parts of coniferous and oak forests, descending towards the "Šicana" playground, then continuing via Seovački Path and an asphalt road towards the turnoff for the "Požega Vineyard Path," passing through the southern slopes of Požega's vineyards. Briefly, the route travels along "Pudar's Path," then returns to the "Požega Vineyard Path," reaching lavender fields, after which, at around 100 meters, there's a view opening towards Požega and its surroundings. Passing through the vineyards, the route goes by the Chapel of St. Vid, then descends via "Vincelovski Path," through St. Vid Street and steps, reaching Sv. Duha Street, which is only 200 meters away from the starting position.
