Lipik Spa

The first spring in Lipik was drilled in 1870 at the depth of 234 meters. And it was done manually! It was the first borehole of thermal and mineral water in this part of Europe, known as Antun’s spring. Even the ancient Romans talked about the healing properties of Lipik water, European aristocracy was getting treated and rested there since they liked the warm water of specific chemical composition with a constant source temperature of 62 degrees Celsius.

Today, one of the most successful sanatoriums in Europe is in this Slavonian town: Lipik spa – Special Hospital for Medical Rehabilitation.

It is enough to just take a look at the centuries-old park, a monument of park architecture, a place that used to be an oasis of counts, and today it gives a special decorum both to Lipik and the sanatorium with its promenades, alleys, and gazebos.

Top-quality accommodation, the possibility of 24-hour care, but also a relaxing vacation and enjoying the closed swimming pool with geysers and waterfalls, massages, and pearl baths in the marble bathtubs…Lipik Spa has rightfully earned its elite status.

National Baths

During the golden age of Lipik, most buildings in the city center were reserved for the elite, including most of the baths, while the People's Baths were intended for the common people. Within the People's Baths, visitors will have access to wellness therapies in a spa-like environment.
