The Road of Roses and Wine
A magical blend of culture, oenology, and natural beauty woven into a story of premium experiences and pleasures awaits you on the Road of Roses and Wine.
Starting in the center of Pleternica, this 3.5-kilometer road winds through stunning vineyard landscapes adorned with rich vines of the finest grapes, destined to produce the finest drops of Graševina, Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon... Among the lushest vines, beautiful roses of various colors peek out. This blend is invaluable to winemakers as the roses serve as indicators of diseases that threaten the vines. The road culminates at the top of the hill called Starac, at an altitude of 347 meters, where you'll find a large barrel viewpoint offering a magnificent view of the vineyards and the valley below. Nearby, there is also the Chapel of St. Peter for those seeking solace and spiritual peace in a bustling world.

In spring, when the vines produce their buds; in summer, when the roses are in full bloom; in autumn, when the grape clusters hang like golden coins; or in winter, when a white blanket adds a special charm to the hills of Pleternica.
